Account & Profile Information
- Your name, user ID, and profile picture
- Email address associated with your Meta account
Business & Advertising Data
- Business Manager account details (name, ID)
- Ad account information (account names, IDs, status)
- Advertising campaign data (campaign names, status, objectives, budgets)
- Ad set and ad-level performance data
- Ad performance metrics and insights (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and other reporting metrics)
- Product catalog information
Page Data
- Facebook Page names, IDs, and metadata
- Page engagement metrics and insights
- Page access tokens for authorized pages
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected through the App strictly for the following purposes:
- Advertising Performance Reporting: Generating performance reports for ad accounts we manage on your behalf
- Campaign Management: Creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms
- Business Analytics: Aggregating and analyzing advertising data to inform strategy and optimization decisions
- Client Reporting: Producing periodic performance summaries for clients whose ad accounts we manage under a service agreement
We do not use your data for:
- Selling or renting to third parties
- Advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to your account management
- Training machine learning models on your personal data
- Any purpose not directly related to the advertising services we provide
3. Data Storage & Security
- All data accessed through the Meta API is stored on secured infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit
- Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel only
- We retain advertising performance data for the duration of our service agreement plus a reasonable period for record-keeping, after which it is deleted
- Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared with unauthorized parties
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- With you: We share reports and insights derived from your data directly with you as part of our advertising management services
- Service providers: We may use third-party tools (such as databases and reporting platforms) to process and store data, all of which are bound by data protection agreements
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or legal process
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about your accounts
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data from our systems
- Revoke access: Disconnect the App from your Meta account at any time through your Meta Business Settings

6. Meta Platform Terms
Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including:
- We only request permissions necessary for the functionality of our App
- We do not use data obtained from Meta for purposes other than providing and improving our advertising management services
- We delete all data obtained from Meta upon request or when it is no longer needed for the stated purposes
