Rebuilt the SSRP's website from the ground up and overhauled their entire SEO presence — launching to the #1 spot on Google and becoming the top recommendation in ChatGPT and Claude for peptide therapy certification programs.
We completely redesigned and rebuilt the SSRP Institute's website with conversion at every layer — from information architecture to page-level UX. Simultaneously, we overhauled their SEO strategy with technically optimized content targeting high-intent keywords in the healthcare education space. Custom Platform & Integrations
Designed and built a suite of custom technology — from a seamless checkout experience and learning management system to a hybrid AI chat flow and virtual summit platform — giving the SSRP infrastructure that competitors can't replicate.
Off-the-shelf tools couldn't support the SSRP's growth, so we built what they needed. A custom checkout experience with inline account creation so purchasing never disrupts a learning session. A full learning management system with quizzes, supplemental guides, transcripts, and a continuing medical education claim experience. A hybrid live/AI chat and booking flow that answers prospective students' questions and converts them before they leave. An event registration management system with pre-event surveys. And a platform for hosting live interactive virtual summits — replaying live event recordings while presenters answer virtual audience questions in real-time.
Attribution & Reporting Infrastructure
Built a custom server-side attribution framework and unified reporting suite that connects ad spend, web analytics, WooCommerce orders, and payment settlement data into a single source of truth for marketing performance.
