The Challenge

We started before a single lead came in — building a conversion-optimized website alongside a custom CRM, automated text/email communication, a quoting and estimating system, and a scheduling and job coordination tool. On top of that, we deployed AI agents that handled appointment scheduling, lead nurturing sequences, and customer support inquiries around the clock — responding to new leads instantly and keeping prospects engaged while Colin was on-site pouring concrete. The goal was to give him a single platform to manage every customer interaction from first click to completed job, all from the field.

No bidding wars, no race to the bottom on price. We reviewed search terms daily to build an aggressive negative keyword list and eliminate irrelevant spend from day one. This discipline kept cost per lead under $65 while maintaining a consistent 8x+ return on ad spend — every dollar in ads generated $8+ in booked revenue.
AI-Powered Lead & Estimate Nurturing
AI agents handled follow-up sequences and scheduling, converting nearly 70% of leads to estimates and over 40% of estimates to booked jobs.
Leads that didn't respond immediately were picked up by AI nurturing agents that sent personalized follow-ups via text and email. Estimates that went cold received timed re-engagement sequences. When prospects were ready to book, an AI scheduling agent coordinated estimate appointments without Colin needing to touch his phone. This systematic, always-on approach to the middle of the funnel is where most contractors lose deals — and where we drove the biggest impact.
