Adding $140K of New Revenue to a Junk Removal Company in 90 Days
Donkey Dumpster was doing about $300K a year on word of mouth alone. We rebuilt their website, optimized their Google presence, kickstarted their reviews, and launched Google Ads, and the new engine added $40K to $60K in monthly revenue starting in month one.

The new engine started producing immediately. Donkey Dumpster added $40K to $60K in new monthly revenue within the first month, about $140K of new revenue over the first 90 days, and an 8:1 return on the total marketing investment, counting every dollar spent on the website, the ads, and the management. Leads came in around $60 each, more than 70% of them booked a job, and the review push doubled their Google reviews.
The Challenge
Ryan Gale has been running businesses for twenty years, and Donkey Dumpster was already a healthy one: about $300K a year in junk removal and dumpster rental work, built almost entirely on word of mouth and organic referrals. But word of mouth doesn't scale on a schedule. Lead flow was inconsistent, the website wasn't converting the demand that did exist, and well-funded national chains were competing for every Columbus homeowner searching for junk removal.
The Goal
Build a real marketing engine on top of the word-of-mouth foundation: a website that converts, a Google presence that gets found, a review base that wins the comparison, and a paid channel that books jobs profitably from the first month.
Our Strategy
A Website Built to Book Jobs
We replaced the old site with a conversion-optimized build, so when the ads turned on, every click landed somewhere designed to convert it.
The new donkeydumpster.com makes it effortless to get a price and book: click-to-call everywhere, a fast estimate flow, and dedicated pages for the services that carry the best margins, from garage cleanouts to dumpster rentals. Every page is written the way homeowners actually search, so the site earns organic traffic on its own while giving the ad campaigns landing pages that convert.
Getting Found on Google Maps
We optimized their Google Business Profile around the exact services and neighborhoods Columbus homeowners search for.
Most junk removal jobs start with a search like junk removal near me, and the map results get the calls. We rebuilt Donkey Dumpster's Google Business Profile with the right categories, services, photos, and service areas so they show up in the map pack across Greater Columbus. Combined with the review growth, that visibility turned their Google listing into a steady source of free leads.
Accelerating Their Google Reviews
We helped Ryan's team reach out to past customers systematically, and their review count doubled.
Reviews decide who gets the call in local services. Donkey Dumpster had years of happy customers who had simply never been asked. We built the outreach to bring those customers back for a review and made leaving one effortless. The count doubled, and that social proof now shows up everywhere a homeowner compares Donkey Dumpster against a national chain.
Google Ads That Paid for Themselves in Month One
A tightly managed search campaign generated exclusive leads at about $60 each, and more than 70% of them booked a job.
We launched Google Ads focused on high-intent junk removal and dumpster rental searches across Greater Columbus. Because the website, reviews, and follow-up were already in place to convert them, leads came in around $60 each and more than 7 in 10 became booked jobs. Over the first 90 days the whole engine returned $8 for every $1 Ryan invested in marketing, counting everything, not just the ad spend.
The Website
We built donkeydumpster.com to turn searches into booked jobs: clear service pages, click-to-call everywhere, and a fast path to a price. Click through and explore the live site exactly as their customers see it.
The Work

“I've been running businesses for 20 years and tried just about every marketing company out there. Most of them talked a big game and didn't deliver. The phone rings, the bookings come in, the follow-up happens without me lifting a finger. Best money I've ever spent on marketing, hands down.”
